Elder Abuse Awareness Month: NH Department of Justice's Elder Abuse and Financial Exploitation Unit is here to help

As part of Elder Abuse Awareness Month, the New Hampshire Banking Department is teaming up with other state and federal organizations and agencies to offer resources. 

The New Hampshire Department of Justice has a special unit dedicated to helping prevent, investigate and prosecute crimes involving older adult victims of abuse, neglect and financial exploitation.
