Announcement regarding non-bank cash dispensing machines and HB 1559

At the end of May the New Hampshire Legislature passed HB 1559, repealing the law relative to non-bank cash dispensing machines (RSA 399-F). The bill has yet to make it to Governor Sununu’s desk to be signed into law. In order to avoid confusion and to continue to operate in an efficient and effective manner, the Bank Commissioner is extending the deadline to file renewal registrations for non-bank cash dispensing machines to August 1, 2024. An update will be posted here once the Governor receives the bill, and it is signed.
