Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) 314(a) point of contact changes

The New Hampshire Banking Department will no longer be able to process point of contact changes for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Financial Institution Coordinators must now update FinCEN 314(a) points of contact directly through the portal at https://fiportal.fincen.gov.  

Once logged into the portal, Financial Institution Coordinators can utilize the Step-by-Step (SBS) Guide for instructions on managing users, which can be found under the “Help” tab. The SBS Guide offers help with common questions and provides assistance in navigating the Identity Access Management (IAM) system.
